I have 410 pax = 73.800lbs on this mornings flight.

390 of them with bags checked in + a little cargo totalling 138.300

I added 88lbs because OEW is 394.088 not 394.000.

Looking at my NAT which was Oscar. Entry point at YQX,gander ending with the exit point at the

other end of the "tunnel",DOGAL setting me up to pass overhead Shannon Intl.(SHA) and later GIBSO for a WILLO2D Arrival into LGW.

I'm in Moncton airspace. A little confused controller not on top of things.

Adressing "all pilots west should be with xxx.xx and all pilots east should be with xxx.xx.

I never got a handoff ,but hey,I can live with that. ::)

Very handy progress position report sheet for Osceanic flights. As you can see my clearence is not noted.

As the controller on 131.37 Gander Oceanic DEL was not really on top of things! He had absolutely no control what so ever actually.

So after 3-4 requests on voice,where he 2 times asked for callsign on text which was given 2 times + one hole clearence request.

I gave up as many many other pilots did and reported back to Gander CTR and from there went on to Gander Oceanic Oscar and reported when YQX was passed and went on. So Moncton west and Gander Oceanic DEL don't get a "passing" note from me.

Other than those 2,all other controllers I went through were very good ,making this a very well organised event.

Wow! Det må jeg si, du vet hva du driver på med :D

Utrolig flott repportasje dette her Tommy. Slett ikke ofte jeg ser så detaljerte og gjennomtenkte flyplaner foran en PC.

 

En ting jeg lurer på; hvor får du tak i alle de utskriftene? Kunne gjerne tenkt meg noen selv til å ha på rommet. Hvor får jeg JEPPESEN utskrifter over flyplasser? Husker jeg var på en side og skaffet over ENGM og ENAL, men husker jaggu ikke siden igjen.

Halvdan, Ja,var gode tailvinder hele turen. Var vel helt oppe i 160kt tailwind fra 6 o'clock på siste del av NA tracket,så det gikk unna. Var vel 45 min early down at Gatwick selv med en del "hit of dit" vektorering under arrival + en lang downwind før baseleg og final approach.

 

Håkon, tja,godt spørsmål. Det virka ikke som AES var aktiv at LGW. Har en UK 2000 utgave av den og tror det må være noe som følger med flyplassen. Ting at gate skjedde automatisk.

Dessverre ble årets rute en litt annen enn jeg hadde planlagt.

Den gikk fra LHR-OSL-TRD til Dødens Dal og Gåte,noe jeg ikke angrer et eneste lite sekund på. CTP vil komme, og CTP vil gå,

men om vi Gåte får beholde,tror jeg ikke noe på.
