Jeg har vært så heldig å få noen baksetetimer i en av de "norske" T-6 i forbindelse med flyshow i Bodø, så det er ikke rart at jeg har et spesielt forhold til nettopp denne legendariske flytypen. Stor var derfor begeistringen da A2A ga ut sin Accu-Sim T-6 Texan. Denne modellen har hele tiden blitt oppdatert til nyeste utgave av P3D , så det er en av de flyene som har stått fremst i hangaren. Like artig hver gang, når jeg husker tilbake til mine bakseteturer, og tar en flight i simulatoren .

  2. Da - etter 6 år med utvikling, er Milviz sin Kingair 350i endelig sluppet. Alt er simulert i denne modellen. Virkelige piloter og instruktører for Kingair har vært med i hele utviklingsprosessen. Det er i det hele tatt et stort team som står bak denne. Jeg har laget 3 av de 4 teksturene som kommer med denne utgivelsen. Riktignok er teksturene laget for flere år siden, men disse har nå vært gjennom en PBR prosess.

  4. Den 11.april hadde simmarket et gratistilbud på SSW sin Starfighter og SWS sin F-4B/N Phantom II Synes Phantom er veldig utfordrende å mestre,og har drevet og trent på carrier landings med Milviz sin F-4E,som strengt tatt ikke er designet for dette,så kanskje en "Navy"-utgave ville gi større suksess og færre krasjlandinger Modellen fra SWS er fra 2016,er kompatibel fra FSX til P3Dv.4,og en egen modell til v4 er på gang. Modellen har noen bugs,vertikal trim er litt kranglete,og bruk av drag chute fører noen ganger til bråstopp,andre ganger har den ingen effekt.Så langt har jeg funnet alle systemsimuleringer på plass,og modellen lastes "ready to fly".I forhold til Milviz sin er den noe "rundere i kantene" å håndtere,men har likevel flight characteristics/dynamics som en ekte Phantom.Loss of controll kommer ikke så fullt så brått på som hos Milviz,men er fortsatt noe man må være veldig oppmerksom på.Har også litt bedre(men ikke mye bedre) forward view,og den irriterende pipingen fra AoA-varslingen er borte.Alt i alt er jeg veldig fornøyd med modellen.Bildeserien er satt sammen fra flere flighter,dog med samme dato/tid på døgnet,i området Værnes-Ørland,med ASN.
