Take a look at the 'MS Career site' and you will see (among multiple FS related vacancies) that MS is looking for a Program Manager to "lead our external community development efforts". The job description also says "... We have an ambitious, multi-version strategy for making the community an integral part of the game experience and need someone to ensure we succeed...".
