Først må jeg si takk til den som har laget MD-80 fans på alvor og laget en super MD-82, SAS!!! Så spørsmålet: for noen måneder siden var jeg ombord iet MD-82 fly, og var så uheldig å sitte helt inntil motoren. Jeg hadde fri utsikt, men hørte ingenting. Jeg kunne også se inn i motoren, og hva gjør det turbinblad-lignende gitteret foran turbinenviften??? Er det for å knuse fugler og isklumper fra vingene, eller er det for å lage virvler i luftstrømmene før den kommer inn i viften???
