Flyets understell kollapset etter å ha truffet flere rullebanelys etter landing, noe som medførte at høyre vinge slo i bakken, hvor motoren deretter ble revet av vingen før flyet, som forøvrig var et Boeing 737-200F, stoppet på gressmatten i enden av rullebanen.

 

Rullebanen er 2,45 meter opplyser flyplassen.

 

Det må ha vært en forjævlig lang gressmatte etter den rullebanen ""
