Hello folks

Fløy fra Gardermoen til Heathrow på tirsdag med SAS MD-80. Flygerne tok en omvei vestover i Nordsjøen til Skottland, deretter sørover til London. Vi fløy over stormen som herjet både i UK og her.

Hadde en fantastisk utsikt til selve fronten over Nordsjøen, vi kom over ett "fjell" av skyer ut over "dal" hvor fjellsidene gikk fra hav-nivå opp til 33000 fot som var vår høyde. "Dalen" gikk fra horisont til horisont nord-sør.

Det var ganske heftig turbulens når vi passerte over "fjellet". Serveringen ble innstilt, og et par sa de ville gifte seg etter landing hvis de overlevde dette! Det ble annonsert på høyttaler..

Landingen på LHR gikk greit, for da var stormen passert.
