Bare lurte på hvordan mulighetene er å få refundert flybilletter. Historien bak det hele har seg slik. Mine foreldrer har kjøpt billetter til en konsert som skal være i Oslo denne uke, men så leste dem i VG nylig at den var utsatt. Dem hadde også bestilt flybilletter i forkant. Men nå som konserten fikk endra tid mot høsten så sitter jo dem der med flybillettan i postkassa... ""
