Dear event coordinator, This message is to inform you about FRIDAY NITE FLY-IN, a simulated REAL OPERATIONS NIGHT at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (EHAM), organised by the Dutch VACC. This event is organised at Friday the 27th of February 2004, between 1800 and 2300 UTC. The event simulates all real traffic movements on a Friday evening at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Pilots may, as usual, book 1 or more flights on our website, Dutch vACC. Registered pilots will receive a briefing including the actual, real life flightplan of their reserved flight(s). It is important to mention that we expect pilots to fly at (approximately) the same time as the (real) times listed on our website. Pilots may book more than 1 flight, but flight times should not overlap each other so please be careful when you make a booking. Also, please consider if you are able to fly the listed aircraft type before making a reservation. The Dutch VACC will take care of full ATC staffing throughout the whole event. Our controllers will do their very best to bring you an unforgettable experience, since our Friday Nite Events are truly as real as it gets!
