After last year's success, VACCHUN is glad to announce that the Hungarian X-Mas Fly-In will take place in 2002 too!

HUNGARIAN X-MAS FLY-IN

Saturday, 21st December, 2002

1800-2300 UTC (1900-2400Local)

 

You are all invited to visit our capital by the Danube in the cold winter days before Christmas. You can reach Budapest in less than 2 hours flight from almost all European airports, so you can also fly a return flight. Our controllers will provide realistic ATC, all controller positions will be open during the 5 hours of the fly-in.

 

What you can expect:

-nice company of pilots from around the world;

-very likely nice snowy landscape;

What we can guarantee:

-High quality, realistic and friendly ATC provided by the VACCHUN team, trained by real life controllers!

-All control positions of Budapest Ferihegy airport will be open.

Having registered, a pilot will receive: 1, preflight documentation, slot time /if required/; 2, a "present" after the event (email addr needed). It makes a flight more interesting if pilots are well prepared. Registration also helps us controllers to prepare for the event, so it is highly recommended. We are also ready to help with creating flightplans if you needed one.

 

Budapest Ferihegy Airport (LHBP) can't wait to see the buzzing Christmas traffic that filled the skies last year. So don't forget: an unforgettable event is waiting for you in the evening of Saturday 21st December /1800-2300UTC/!
